Uniguard Ltd was founded in 2014 as a construction company to commercial and residential refurbishment and refits, but quickly moved into multi-discipline projects mainly focussed on the redevelopment and reuse of existing properties in the North Wales, Chester area and London. The scope of work covered is predominately House extensions, Garage and Loft conversions along with new builds and Hotel refurbishments. With our project delivery team’s expansion in 2016 we are now able to deliver high quality commercial projects from design stage to completion with full interaction between the construction and project teams, enabling us to deliver projects on time, to budget and with fully qualified documentation. We are also associated with Misuko Ltd.
